By accessing and using the Funngro mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Funngro.

2. User Eligibility

Funngro is specifically designed for students and teenagers. To use our platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a student or a teenager seeking freelance opportunities.
• If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Funngro immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Funngro will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Projects and Payments

• Students are expected to deliver original and high-quality work within the agreed deadlines.
• Companies reserve the right to review and request revisions before approving a project for payment.
• All payments will be securely routed through the Funngro wallet/platform to your designated account.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon the successful completion of a project and receipt of payment, the intellectual property rights of the submitted work are transferred to the company that commissioned the project, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project description. You may, however, use the completed work in your personal portfolio to showcase your skills.

6. Code of Conduct

While using Funngro, you agree NOT to:

• Submit plagiarized or AI-generated work without prior disclosure and permission.
• Engage in any fraudulent activities or attempt to bypass the Funngro payment system.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or company representatives.

7. Account Termination

Funngro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior that harms the platform's integrity.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
